Council adopted the revised Local Planning Policy 4.4: Urban Water Management at its meeting on 4 June 2020.

Draft Revised Local Planning Policy 4.4: Urban Water Management

Public comment is invited on the draft revised Local Planning Policy 4.4: Urban Water Management.  The Policy ensures structure plans, subdivisions and development applications within the City of Wanneroo optimise the use and management of water resources (including rainwater, stormwater, groundwater, drinking water and wastewater) consistent with State Planning Policy 2.9 Water Resources and the Better Urban Water Management Guidelines (WAPC, 2008).
