The Minister for Planning approved Amendment No. 174 to District Planning Scheme No. 2 to rezone Lots 9 & 1057 Salcott Road, Girrawheen from Residential to Private Clubs and Recreation. The approval notice was published in the government gazette on 13 December 2019 and took effect from that date.

City of Wanneroo District Planning Scheme No. 2 - Amendment No. 174
Notice is hereby given that the local government of the City of Wanneroo has prepared the above planning scheme amendment for the purpose of rezoning Lot 9 (4) and Lot 1057 (6) Salcott Road, Girrawheen from ‘Residential’ to ‘Private Clubs and Recreation’.
